Contact request privacy.

Updated November 6, 2026. This notice describes the assessment-request flow on this public consulting website. It does not replace the separate privacy and access controls of the protected SOG client application.

Your request details

The form asks for your name, company, contact details, primary trade, approximate revenue range, and a short operating challenge. The page uses these entries in your current browser tab to create an email draft. It does not save them to website storage or send them to our server when you prepare the request.

You decide whether to send the draft through your own email application. If you send it, SOG receives the email through its business email service and uses it to evaluate your request, communicate about possible services, and maintain ordinary business correspondence. Do not include login credentials, account numbers, customer records, payroll data, or private financial files.

Copy and download options

Copying puts the draft on your device clipboard. Downloading saves a text file on your device. Those copies are under your control. They are not a confirmed submission. Delete them if you do not want to retain the details locally.

Website analytics and hosting

The website’s existing platform analytics remains enabled. The hosting platform may process ordinary website usage information and technical request data. Our form code does not deliberately send entered form fields in analytics events, URLs, or website storage. Your own browser, password manager, email provider, and device may retain information according to their settings.

Contact and deletion requests

To ask about information you emailed to SOG or request that it be removed from ordinary consulting correspondence, contact steven@callontheway.com. Records may need to be retained where required for legal or ordinary business obligations.

No appointment or financial promise

An assessment request is a fit review, not an automatic appointment, accepted engagement, or guarantee of financial results. Scope, fees, responsibilities, and any performance-linked terms are agreed separately in writing.
